The project is a multifunctional building on the island of Ylvingen on the west coast of Norway. The garden is situated underneath the building, focusing on the 2-meter change in high tide and low tide. The kelp and vegetation that live in this area between the water and the land are particular to this place, which experiences such a significant difference in the tides.
